What are Training Days?

This class will involve intense anaerobic exercise with regular recovery periods, using body-weight workouts for the most part. All fitness levels are welcome. Our supportive instructor will offer options to meet different ability demands.

Next Training Day (DATE HERE)

Fitness Dynamics is offering a bike and run training day in Gatineau Park on DATE, for athletes of all levels. Please remember to bring all your racing gear, nutrition and hydration you will need for the entire training session.

The goal is to challenge you physically and mentally since races have been cancelled.

NOTE: As suggested by some of you, why not add a social part to the training? Therefore we are inviting you to join us at the Penguin pique-nique area after the training to relax, eat and chat. Bring your favorite post training snacks!

Gatineau Park Training Day Session, Saturday,

Time: 7:30am – 12pm

Schedule:

  • 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM - Bike session from P5.
  • 10:30 AM - 10:45 AM - Transition to run. For athletes only participating in the run session, please arrive at P5 by 10:20 AM and start warming up.
  • 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM - Run session from P5.


Cost: $50.00 for the Bike/Run session, or 15.00 for the Run session only.
