Fall & Winter Training days


Fitness Dynamics offering Three Training Days for all level athletes.

The goal is to prepare you physically and mentally for the upcoming season. In the spring, you will be able to make a smooth transition to outdoor training.

Training days are held on Sundays, January 20th, February 17th and March 24th, 2019

Camp Outline

Brick – bike and run at Louis-Riel Dome/ Time: 1pm to 3pm.

Bring your own trainer.  Some strength and core work will also be part of the session.


Option A
3 Training Days – brick only
Paid upfront, payment received before January 7th, 2019

Option B
1 to 2 Training Days – brick
Pay at each session

A Triathlon Ontario membership is required to participate. A yearly membership may be purchased through the Triathlon Ontario website.
