Incredible way to start the weekend! Without races this year we wanted to start a monthly ride where we can push each other virtually and get some more time in the saddle. We do a group warm up and cool down, the 60min effort is your choice...we run a workout, 35km time trial, 60min steady holding a wattage or heart rate OR ride 60min with a few pick ups.
